IAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Manage and optimize PingOne and DaVinci workflows to automate manual activities and enable new functionalities
• Provision and maintain integrations between PingOne and target applications
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on the effective use of OIDC, OAuth, and SAML
• Monitor authentication performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security
• Participate in incident response and resolution to minimize service downtime in production environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Deep expertise in PingOne and DaVinci, including architecture and large-scale deployment
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols including OIDC, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
