IAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead Okta Architecture & Identity Management including federation strategy (SAML, OIDC) and advanced authentication policies
• Drive the decommissioning of on-premises Active Directory to a cloud-only architecture
• Define and enforce identity governance policies and manage non-human/service accounts
• Act as Level 3 support for authentication and access issues
• Support business teams with application integration via Okta SSO
• Participate in the administration and optimization of Google Workspace

Requirements

• Okta Professional or Associate certification required
• Mastery of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0
• Experience with Okta Workflows, Inline Hooks, and Event Hooks
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript for automation
• Experience with Terraform or IaC for Okta configurations
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JumpCloud or Jamf Connect
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault for Secrets Management
• Knowledge of DevOps/GitOps culture (Git, CI/CD)
