IAM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM programs, including strategy, roadmaps, and master plans
• Deploy IAM solutions across IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), Cloud/CIAM (Azure AD, Okta, Ping), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Define and optimize access processes such as JML, RBAC, and SoD
• Conduct risk analyses, access reviews, and IAM audits
• Support clients with Zero Trust and Cloud Security challenges
• Mentor junior profiles and contribute to EY's internal IAM methodologies and assets

Requirements

• At least 3 years of significant experience in IAM or identity management projects
• Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, PAM, and CIAM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with at least one major market IAM solution
• Knowledge of Cloud and hybrid environments
• Higher education degree with a specialization in Information Security
• Fluent English (both written and oral)

• Ability to handle both functional and technical aspects of security projects
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to simplify complex information
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to rapidly evolving technology landscapes
