About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit 125+ students annually for Birthright Israel, Onward Israel, and other immersive travel experiences
- Staff Birthright Israel trips and coordinate/train trip staff members
- Manage a team of Birthright Israel recruitment interns
- Develop relationships with diverse student demographics to support Israel engagement
- Create ongoing engagement opportunities for program participants and alumni
- Utilize data and partner with Hillel professionals to ensure strategic community building
- Facilitate intern meetings and conduct student outreach through coffee chats and campus presence
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience traveling in Israel
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across student and professional teams
- Creative problem-solving skills
