IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement

Responsibilities

• Build 225 personal relationships with students not currently involved in Jewish life
• Manage the Birthright Israel program including recruitment, interviews, and orientations
• Manage the Onward Israel internship program in Tel Aviv
• Coordinate Hillel-wide events such as holiday celebrations and large-scale engagement initiatives
• Oversee the IACT Birthright Budget
• Supervise and mentor student board members and Israel interns
• Collaborate with Hillel staff to develop the organization's mission

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a residential, 4-year college
• 0-2 years of professional work experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership development skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Israel experience, education, or recruitment experience
