IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement

Responsibilities

• Build hundreds of personal relationships with students
• Manage ClarkU Hillel’s Birthright Israel program including recruitment, interviews, and pre-trip orientations
• Recruit and coordinate 2 Israel Engagement Interns
• Coordinate and teach Jewish Learning Fellowships and/or Kol Yisroel programs
• Participate in E-board, coordinating council, and Israel/Diaspora Committee meetings
• Oversee the IACT Birthright Budget and student group funds
• Coordinate Erev Shabbat activities and Hillel-wide events such as holiday meals and retreats

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Entrepreneurial energy and passion for Israel
• Highly developed logistical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
