About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the safe operation and maintenance of all I&E systems to ensure a secure environment
  • Resolve and refine plant instrument, electrical, and control system needs to maintain optimal performance
  • Perform analyzer calibrations and care to support technical precision
  • Carry out work orders and maintain detailed PM records within the Maximo CMMS
  • Guide and support I&E project implementation, ensuring alignment with quality standards
  • Contribute suggestions to advance plant safety, efficiency, and quality
  • Support all safety, health, environmental, and process safety management (PSM) procedures
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (2-year technical degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of I&E experience
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Ability to maintain, repair, and calibrate analyzers, transmitters, and control valves
  • Basic understanding of control systems and facility processes
  • Strong emphasis on safety and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb vertical ladders
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights
  • Willingness to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the gas or chemical industry
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry
