About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, troubleshooting, analysis, and installation of analyzers, electrical power distribution systems, PLC control, and field measurement instruments.
  • Develop instrumentation, control, and electrical discipline deliverables including control philosophies, Cause and Effects diagrams, P&IDs, area classifications, and electrical one-line diagrams.
  • Manage the change process for instrumentation, controls, and electrical design packages.
  • Deliver I&E engineering construction work packages by collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical functions.
  • Participate in and contribute to safety reviews such as HazOps and HazAn.
  • Provide technical recommendations, equipment troubleshooting, and support the improvement of I&E engineering tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.) from a recognized/AICTE university.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of on-site facility experience.
  • Proven experience executing both greenfield and brownfield projects in onshore, upstream, oil and gas facilities.
