Hypo North Setup Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Perform equipment changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning/sanitizing tasks
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product compliance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist in identifying root causes
• Perform SAP and MES data entries and transactions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area in compliance with GMP standards
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, or microscopes

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred (three years of manufacturing experience required in lieu of diploma)
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Mechanical experience
