Hyperscaler Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Track resource availability, schedules, and coverage gaps using available data tools
• Develop and maintain Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards for staffing, onboarding, and operational metrics
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Prepare data-backed summaries and materials for leadership and operational reviews
• Support hiring and onboarding by tracking progress and ensuring task completion
• Coordinate scheduling for interviews, training sessions, team meetings, and operational reviews
• Act as a point of contact for administrative and reporting-related questions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in an operations support or data-focused coordination role
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
