About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update HACCP (APPCC) manuals
- Manage water quality self-controls for consumption and swimming pools (PCCL/PPCL)
- Provide technical advisory services to the food sector
- Deliver hygienic-sanitary training courses to workers
- Support and follow up on technical audits
- Coordinate activities with the laboratory technical team
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Biology, Veterinary, Pharmacy, Environmental Health, or similar
- Strong knowledge of HACCP (APPCC) and hygiene plan management
- Expertise in water control (PCCL / PPCL)
- Knowledge of sanitary legislation and document management
- Valid Class B driving license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
