Hygiène Sécurité et Environnement (F/H/X) Apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Perform a diagnostic of the existing management system and propose a target structure to achieve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
• Contribute to the digitalization of HSE records, including permits, tests, training certificates, and field audits.
• Assist in the improvement of internal service portals and the department's intranet.
• Evaluate internal digital innovation projects, including AI use cases applied to HSE challenges.
• Evolve from methodological assistance to process improvement specification based on project needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree, ideally a Master's in QHSE management or an equivalent field.
• Academic background including at least one module on Artificial Intelligence and HSE risk management.
• Proficiency in digital tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, initiative, and curiosity.
• Previous experience (internships or coursework) with QHSE management systems or ISO standards is a plus.
