Hygiene Operator

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in production, warehouse, and external yard areas in line with site cleaning schedules
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards throughout the site
• Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
• Support the monitoring and reporting of pest and insect activity across the site
• Follow all company food safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with BRC standards
• Work in accordance with all company health and safety procedures and report any hazards or accidents

Requirements

• Previous hygiene or cleaning experience within a food manufacturing environment is desirable
• Good understanding of hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
