Responsibilities
- Overseeing all hygiene operations during the nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style
- Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards
- Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues
- Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements
- Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols
- Experience managing large teams
- Availability to work permanent night shifts (6PM-6AM, 4 on 4 off rotational)
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
