Responsibilities

• Overseeing all hygiene operations during the nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style
• Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards
• Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues
• Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements
• Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols
• Experience managing large teams
• Availability to work permanent night shifts (6PM-6AM, 4 on 4 off rotational)
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
