Hygiene Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the dispatching, deployment, and route planning for field service technicians.
• Coordinate technician schedules based on qualifications, availability, and economic efficiency.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, service requests, and fault reports via telephone.
• Monitor active service assignments and perform short-term rescheduling during escalations or changes.
• Act as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
• Maintain and update service, customer, and deployment data within IT systems.
• Support the analysis of service KPIs to optimize dispatching and service processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to assertively manage complex schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both customers and technical staff.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, especially when working under time pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in the professional management or coordination of personnel is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical customer service or dispatching.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
