Hygiene and Validation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and practically execute hygiene and cleaning validations, including CIP, SIP, and manual cleaning.
• Perform verification activities in production, such as sampling and visual verification.
• Manage the commissioning, qualification, and validation of new process equipment and plants.
• Review and re-validate existing equipment with a focus on hygienic design and cleaning strategies.
• Develop and maintain validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to the management of changes, deviations, and improvement initiatives related to hygiene and cleaning.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments.

Requirements

• Scientific or technical degree (e.g., Engineer, Biotechnologist, Chemist, or similar).
• Experience working in biotechnology or food production environments.
• Proven experience with hygiene and cleaning validation, specifically CIP/SIP processes.
• Strong understanding of process equipment and practical operating conditions.
• Experience with technical documentation and quality management systems.
• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to complex validation projects.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks from planning through to execution.
