About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the hydronic heating market
- Provide technical product information, recommendations, and installation support
- Identify customer needs and promote hydronic products to meet sales objectives
- Generate proposals and quotations for commercial construction projects
- Manage commercial equipment sales activities
- Perform hydronic calculations and provide technical literature to customers
- Examine market opportunities and identify new potential customers
- Participate in trade shows, training, and vendor product meetings
- Follow all safety regulations at customer and Profit Centre locations
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- TECA Hydronic System Design Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to learn and operate order processing software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with hydronics or HVAC products
- Proficiency with Trend, Eclipse, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use the Internet for technical problem solving
