About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and map insight-driven omnichannel journey concepts based on customer needs and business priorities
  • Collaborate with business and marketing partners to define journey objectives, segmentation strategies, and personalization requirements
  • Translate customer insights and real-world data into updated journey flows, logic, and experience design elements
  • Build and deploy journeys at scale within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or coordinate execution with activation teams
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and drive optimization through A/B or multivariate testing
  • Capture and document functional and data requirements to support platform improvements and advanced personalization
  • Support the creation, optimization, and review of Email and SEA marketing campaigns
  • Participate in international assignments to gain global and cross-functional perspectives

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing optimization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for completing international assignments as part of the rotation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with journey mapping, marketing automation, and omnichannel execution
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Understanding of email, SEA, and web personalization best practices
