About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support HR data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation
  • Configure and maintain BIB artifacts, including infotype group setup and transformations
  • Execute integration and data tests, document results, and triage identified issues
  • Monitor replication jobs and integration flows, providing first-level troubleshooting
  • Support SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs and perform basic OData/API validation
  • Assist with mass data imports and data quality checks using profiling tools
  • Collaborate with HR domain experts to confirm business rules and data requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation such as configuration notes and runbooks

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of SuccessFactors (ideally Employee Central) and HR data concepts
  • Exposure to SAP HCM data structures (PA/OM/PT/PY) and hybrid integration
  • Experience with data migration activities or BIB artifacts
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration options like Integration Center and APIs
  • Business fluent English (B2 level or higher)
  • Structured way of working with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of German language skills
  • Ability to read or debug basic ABAP code
  • Understanding of authentication concepts such as OAuth and SAML
