HW Operator II

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders by picking, assembling, packing, and shipping hardware
• Inject and download Point-of-Sale (POS) devices
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure seamless operations
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks
• Collaborate with the production team to uphold high quality and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (military experience also accepted)
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
• 1-2 years of experience in team collaboration
• Proficiency in using computers, specifically email and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours
• Ability to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or production environment
• Familiarity with POS electrical devices
• Experience using Oracle
