About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware (electronic systems) for mass-produced home appliances, including water purifiers, bidets, air purifiers, and autonomous robots
- Analyze product requirements and design electronic architectures
- Select and verify electronic components such as sensors, actuators, and power supply units
- Develop control algorithms for sensor signal processing (temperature, flow, water level, pressure) and drive units (motors, pumps, heaters)
- Establish reliability evaluation standards and verify electronic component performance
- Ensure compliance with international electronic standards (UL, CE)
- Manage BOM, create assembly process drawings, and review mass production feasibility
- Analyze and resolve quality issues during development and mass production
- Review electronic designs and conduct technical consultations with ODM partners
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- For entry-level candidates: Master's degree or higher is required
- For experienced candidates: 5+ years of relevant development experience in the industry
- Ability to submit a portfolio (for experienced roles) or a Master's thesis (for entry-level roles)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX UG) or other CAD tools
- Experience in developing home appliances or water purifiers
- Experience managing ODM development projects
- Experience in heater control and sensor control algorithm development
- Experience with BLDC or Step Motor control
- Experience applying distance measurement sensors such as ToF, LiDAR, ultrasonic, or infrared sensors
