About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide presence and supervision throughout the night
- Assist with CPAP (breathing machine) management
- Assist with position changes and movement
- Help with toilet visits
- Adjust bedding for temperature comfort
- Assist with evening care (teeth brushing, etc.)
- Assist with morning care (breakfast, dressing, etc.)
Requirements
- Good Norwegian language skills
- Clean police certificate
- Reliable and responsible personality
- Good physical condition for movement/transfers
- Patient and pedagogical approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from similar work is an advantage
- Driver's license (Class B) is a plus
