HVAC/Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning market
• Provide technical product information, recommendations, and installation support
• Identify customer needs and promote HVAC products to meet sales objectives
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products and applications
• Support customer inquiries with technical guidance and troubleshooting
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with vendors
• Provide quotations and technical literature to customers
• Examine market opportunities and identify new potential customers
• Participate in trade shows, training, and vendor product meetings
• Follow all safety regulations at customer and Profit Centre locations

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to learn and operate order processing software
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with hydronics or HVAC products
• Proficiency in Trend, Eclipse, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to use the Internet for technical problem solving
