Responsibilities
- Design, review, and oversee the installation of HVAC and fire protection systems
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
- Participate in site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure all systems function optimally within building environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering principles
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC or Fire protection systems for building/residential projects
- Proven experience in mechanical system design, installation, and testing
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and fire protection codes in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations
- Strong technical report writing and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of cost estimation and procurement processes
- Professional certifications in HVAC and/or fire protection engineering
