HVAC Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base in the West Columbia area.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and target new accounts.
• Perform product quotations and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery.
• Analyze territory competition and communicate strategic sales plans to management.
• Document all sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce CRM.
• Continually improve product knowledge and sales skills to maintain a professional field image.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-motivated professional.
• General digital literacy and ability to use CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
