HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of rotating equipment, utility systems, and building maintenance.
• Dismantle, inspect, service, and assemble rotating equipment.
• Execute field service work including the removal, installation, alignment, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Support the operation and maintenance of utility systems and Fab support equipment.
• Identify new assignments and projects based on departmental needs.
• Provide mentoring to non-exempt personnel and technical training to the department.
• Utilize advanced judgment and initiative to handle complex assignments and SOPs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or technical school certification.
• NCCCR Millwright and/or Industrial Certification.
• 8-15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with digital alignment and precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges).
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
