Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems for new construction projects
• Service and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Work on duct systems, copper refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage scheduling, job details, and estimates
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure code compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification preferred
• Ability to read blueprints or install layouts
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to live in or commute to Key West

Preferred Qualifications

• Refrigeration experience
• Universal EPA Certification
