HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all air-conditioning systems of the hotel
• Carry out emergency repairs and adjustments to all AC equipment and machines
• Ensure trouble reports are swiftly addressed
• Perform routine and planned preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Maintain familiarity with the hotel's HVAC layout
• Ensure safety practices are followed and prioritize economy
• Recommend and perform minor or major repairs
• Carry out statutory and safety checks as instructed
• Report equipment faults immediately to the supervisor
• Maintain all relevant log sheets
• Attend to day-to-day technical problems

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Physical ability to handle equipment and work in challenging environments
