Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Performing maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls and emergency call-outs in a timely manner
• Completing daily work reports accurately and timely
• Operating and maintaining a motor vehicle safely and legally

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required)
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and email communication
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems
