Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example
• Proactively ensure guest satisfaction and health and safety compliance
• Maintain the smooth running of the property maintenance department
• Perform technical repairs and maintenance to keep the hotel in top condition

Requirements

• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Strong eye for detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
