HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace heating and air conditioning equipment and systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct field service visits to assess and resolve any HVAC deficiencies
• Collaborate with construction teams on HVAC design and installation projects
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance tasks
• Execute plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• EPA universal certification
• OSHA 10 certification
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of service technician experience in the HVAC field
• Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to read schematics and manuals
• Moderate to advanced experience with electrical and plumbing
• Familiarity with multiple refrigeration systems
• Experience with Chillers, central plant, or boiler systems
• Experience in property maintenance or construction
