HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system condition assessments and inventory validation using SMS BUILDER
• Support maintenance-based assessments and document updates per work closeout rules
• Identify and correct inventory or assessment discrepancies within required timelines
• Provide system-level recommendations to leadership for requirement prioritization and investment planning
• Participate in working groups to support the development of PM plans and CM strategies
• Support data quality standards and assist with quarterly reviews of shop data entry

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and a current U.S. Driver's License
• Valid U.S. Passport book with at least 13 months validity and 6 blank visa pages
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• Air Force minimum 5-level (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience in structures trade
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements
• Experience executing inspections and accurately documenting findings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with building automation systems and facility mechanical rooms
• BUILDER assessor experience, including BRED import/export familiarity
• Experience supporting KPI-driven sustainment programs
