Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend repairs or replacements
• Perform repairs and replacements of components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate service schedules
• Organize and manage inventory to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Experience with multi-family residential properties
• Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants
