HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to help customers avoid costly repairs and system failures
• Recommend technical solutions to clients in their homes
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding HVAC issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working, motivated, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA certification
