About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice HVAC technicians
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights of 20 feet or more
- Possession of all necessary tools to complete the work
- Physical mobility for stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting
