HVAC Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Assign work tasks to technicians and schedule maintenance visits
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Oversee repairs of HVAC equipment and ensure system efficiency
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to HVAC systems
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to new technicians
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to EPA guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Maryland Masters HVAC license
• CFC Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• First Aid Certification
• Minimum 7 years experience in lite commercial, residential HVAC, water source heat pumps, and residential boiler/chiller air handling units
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in cramped spaces
