HVAC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE requirements, legislative regulations, and international standards.
• Manage and supervise onsite teams, including organizing rotation schedules and identifying training needs.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance operations (routine and short-term).
• Coordinate contractor personnel and manage the movement of spare parts.
• Validate technical reports in the CMMS and ensure comprehensive work history recording.
• Identify and control hazards to protect personnel, equipment, and the environment.
• Perform tests and inspections on HVAC systems in collaboration with technicians and vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC commissioning and start-up.
• Extensive experience in the maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and safety management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to work in both onshore and offshore environments in Turkey.
• Proficiency in the English language.
