HVAC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise all air-conditioning systems of the hotel
• Carry out emergency repairs and adjustments to all AC equipment and machines
• Ensure trouble reports are swiftly addressed
• Execute routine and planned preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Maintain familiarity with the hotel's HVAC layout
• Ensure safety practices are followed and prioritize economy
• Recommend and perform minor or major repairs
• Conduct statutory and safety checks as instructed
• Maintain all relevant log sheets and report faults immediately
• Meet the Yes I Can! service standard

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in 5-star luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and package units
• Proven supervisory experience leading and training technicians
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance planning and CMMS
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS systems, and energy management
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
• Understanding of hotel health, safety, and fire life safety standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
