HVAC Supervisor (Pipeline)

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor activities to ensure plant construction complies with erection schedules, project documentation, and cost budgets.
• Review and approve subcontractor Method Statements and ensure correct field application.
• Implement and participate in all HSE procedures and standards for assigned areas and activities.
• Monitor equipment and manpower adequacy to ensure work conforms to design documents, safety regulations, and quality levels.
• Perform inspections and sign necessary certificates according to Site Inspection Plans.
• Maintain non-conformity registers and coordinate resolutions for each subcontractor.
• Detect design errors and coordinate with Site Engineers for necessary rectifications.
• Manage vendor specialists and assist the Contract Manager in defining new prices or analyzing claims.

Requirements

• University degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in large oil & gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience in HVAC supervision or engineering within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
