HVAC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe maintenance execution of Electrical HVAC equipment in compliance with HSE rules and international standards
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems (LV/HV), HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, actuators), and energy management controls
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using schematics, multimeters, and thermal cameras
• Coordinate and supervise department activities, providing technical support and leadership to technicians
• Manage maintenance planning, including spare parts movement, stock supervision, and logistical requirements
• Utilize CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo) to follow up on work orders and approve maintenance reports
• Implement and adhere to strict HSE protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical HVAC maintenance and fault diagnosis
• Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E/CEI 11-27)
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance management
• Experience in team leadership and supervising technical personnel
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
• Proficiency in the English language
