HVAC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for HVAC / climate engineering to support project teams from early phases to handover
• Participate in the development of technical and financial HVAC responses for public and private tenders
• Review and control technical documents produced internally or by partners
• Analyze and control written and graphic HVAC documents from design teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and energy optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Draft CCTP documents, produce or validate plans, and establish DQE for HVAC lots
• Support site managers with technical synthesis and execution missions
• Source and select suppliers and subcontractors for site works
• Provide technical and regulatory monitoring and participate in team training

Requirements

• Engineer degree specializing in Building or Energy
• At least 6 years of experience in HVAC/climate engineering design
• Experience with residential, tertiary, and/or public works projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with regulatory calculation tools such as Perrenoud or Pléiades Comfie
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
