HVAC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for HVAC / climate engineering to support project teams from early stages to handover
• Participate in the development of technical and financial HVAC responses for public and private tenders
• Review and control technical documents produced internally or by partners
• Analyze and control written and graphic HVAC documents from design teams
• Draft CCTP (technical specifications) and produce or validate plans and DQE (bill of quantities)
• Support site managers with technical synthesis and execution missions
• Control the proper execution of HVAC works and assist in subcontractor management
• Source and select suppliers and subcontractors for site requirements

Requirements

• Engineer degree specializing in Building or Energy
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC/climate engineering design
• Experience with residential, tertiary, and/or public works projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in regulatory calculation tools such as Perrenoud or Pléiades Comfie
• Strong synthesis skills and clear communication abilities
