Responsibilities

• Coordinate studies by piloting engineers and junior technicians
• Support the professional development of junior team members
• Propose improvements for methods, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and quality
• Design and dimension HVAC and plumbing installations (heating, ventilation, air treatment, plumbing)
• Establish calculation notes, technical specifications (CCTP), and financial estimates
• Act as the right hand to the Project Manager, providing regular reporting and participating in client meetings
• Travel regularly to meet clients using a provided service vehicle

Requirements

• Engineer degree specializing in buildings and/or energy
• At least 5 years of experience in a design office (bureau d'études) focusing on HVAC/plumbing project management
• Solid technical knowledge in building thermal engineering (building envelope, eco-construction)
• Expertise in fluids (HVAC and/or electricity)
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills for interacting with suppliers, partners, and clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
