HVAC Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution and provide drawing clarification or modifications based on customer needs
• Oversee material procurement, prepare indents, and follow up with the Head Office or suppliers
• Conduct testing and commissioning of sites to ensure successful building handover
• Coordinate with clients, PMCs, and contractors to ensure project progress and alignment
• Perform site visits to assess material requirements and obtain necessary work permits
• Maintain accurate records, including soft copies of measurements and DC copies for the Head Office
• Manage documentation such as RFIs, vouchers, supplier bills, and joint measurements
• Coordinate with the team for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services and reactive repair calls
• Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards of workmanship and safety protocols

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC site engineering or a similar MEP role
• Proven experience in project execution and site management
• Strong skills in material procurement and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in testing, commissioning, and technical drawing clarification
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and contractors
