HVAC Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC project execution and provide drawing clarifications or modifications as required by customers.
• Conduct site visits to attend meetings with clients or Project Management Consultants (PMC).
• Oversee material procurement, prepare indents, and follow up with the Head Office or suppliers.
• Perform testing and commissioning of sites to ensure successful building handover.
• Coordinate with contractors on work progress and conduct joint measurements with clients.
• Maintain accurate daily records, including soft copies of measurements and hard copies for clients.
• Manage documentation such as RFIs, supplier bills, vouchers, and work permits.
• Coordinate with the team for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services and reactive repair calls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC project execution and site coordination.
• Ability to interpret and clarify technical drawings.
• Experience in material procurement and inventory handling.
• Proficiency in testing, commissioning, and site handover processes.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet site requirements when necessary.
