HVAC Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute site tasks for HVAC systems including CHW, VRF, DX, and ventilation projects to meet completion timelines.
• Coordinate with client representatives to facilitate system installation and BMS deployment.
• Manage relationships with service partners and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Support project cost management by creating BOQs and obtaining quotations from multiple contractors.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to evaluate service partners for project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, manage materials, and handle site-related billing and expenses.
• Ensure all projects are handed over to the operations team snag-free and maintain tidy work spaces.

Requirements

• Proven ability in project execution and site management.
• Experience in client coordination and vendor management.
• Proficiency in BOQ creation and material management.
• Strong skills in project documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad.
