HVAC Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute site tasks related to HVAC system installations, including CHW, VRF, DX, and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service partners to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of targets.
• Manage client relationships by holding regular meetings and facilitating support during project execution.
• Support project cost management by assisting in BOQ creation and obtaining quotations from contractors.
• Oversee material management, vendor coordination, and project documentation.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure proper branding around equipment.
• Record all site-related expenses and manage billing processes.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in HVAC or MEP site execution.
• Strong skills in site execution management and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to manage client relationships and professional communications.
• Proficiency in BOQ creation and material management.
• Organized approach to project documentation and expense tracking.
