About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service gas, propane, oil, and cooling equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Document work performed in ServiceTitan
- Participate in rotating weekend schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent Residential HVAC experience
- Gas or propane license required
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Dual-state NH/VT licensing
- Oil certification and/or NORA certification
- Willingness to cross-train in additional fuel systems
