About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of residential HVAC equipment
- Maintain communication with office staff and dispatchers regarding job progress
- Complete service tickets and paperwork accurately in the field
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Maintain a clean work vehicle and required truck stock
- Recommend equipment, service agreements, and accessories to customers
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- NATE certification (required within 1 year of hire)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Possession of all required tools
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
