HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of residential HVAC equipment
• Maintain communication with office staff and dispatchers regarding job progress
• Complete service tickets and paperwork accurately in the field
• Collect payments for services rendered
• Maintain a clean work vehicle and required truck stock
• Recommend equipment, service agreements, and accessories to customers

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• NATE certification (required within 1 year of hire)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Possession of all required tools
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
