About the role
Responsibilities
- Service and repair HVAC systems, including analyzing issues and preparing cost estimates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through diagnostic testing of HVAC systems
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance
- Deliver professional customer service and address client concerns
- Follow all safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, parts used, and recommendations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Valid HVAC technician license
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Physical stamina and dexterity
